• The Pregnancy Care Center in Wexford opened in 1985 and was the first center of its kind in Pittsburgh offering a wide range of pregnancy related services. Crossroads Pregnancy Services opened in Monroeville in 1986 to serve women in the East Suburbs.

• We currently have five strategic locations in Oakland, Wexford, Monroeville, McKeesport and Wilkinsburg. All are professional clinics offering medical services under the care and direction of a licensed Medical Doctor and a Nurse Manager.

• All of our services are available to clients at no cost. If you'd like to help financially, click here to support our work.

• We support families through our weekly Young Moms groups, and a Post Abortion Healing program. We offer ongoing education through our Baby Steps classes and an accountability program called First Steps Rewards.

• Our Speakers seek to prevent premarital sexual activity by speaking to thousands of students each year about sexual integrity.

• Our volunteers are trained as peer counselors and seek to reach each family with love and compassion and the gospel of Jesus Christ.

• Our Executive Director holds a Masters Degree in Education and Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh. She started a nationally known purity program called The Chastity Challenge, is an author and highly sought after speaker.
